How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Comparedsingles Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Comparedsingles Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work, and customer service. If a problem comes from work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Comparedsingles Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If you worry about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@comparedsingles.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
